Don't Reuse Passwords

As part of my job I end up needing a lot of different passwords.   I use a system of random passwords that I change every three months.  Many people ask is it really necessary to do this.   I could give you a dry or canned answer, but in this case I think that I have found a comic that provides some humorous insight.

Surveys for growth

Do you really know what your customers want? Most business owners think that they do, but do they? One sure way to ask them, a survey.

A survey is the perfect tool to find out what your customers want, it is also an opputunity to focus your business on the next products and services that might be in demand.  When a survey is appropriately designed and distributed to your customer based it should ultimately provide three major outcomes,

1) Substantive feedback on your current products and services.

2) A opputunity to receive feedback on potential new product and services.

3) An outlet for comments and sugestions for future product and services.

To find out more about executing a survey and the growth benefits that can com from it,  contact us for a free consultation.

You should know how to check your oil

Yes, not everybody knows how to check their oil, but most of us do. The same goes for your computer.

Your may want to have a basic idea of how your computer works. This knowledge is not so much for the purpose of starting a technology career, it is so that you can save money, save time, and have some confidence in what your are doing with your computer.

I an not asking you to replace a transmission, and you don't have to do anything if you don't want to. I get my car fixed at a garage, I am not a mechanic.

What keeps me happy though is I have a basic knowledge of how my cars works. This allows me to weigh repair options, have confidence in the work to be preformed, and understand the possible outcomes of dirfferent repair options. This does not mean sometimes I do not take the car in and say "I don't care how, make it work!"

We serve a wide range of clients who want to know as much or as little ("I don't care how, make it work!") concerning the operation of their computer or device. Our goal is to provide you with the service that best meets your needs.    Contact us today to find out how we can work together.
